The preparation of the valuation or assessment role is the competency of the Montreal Agglomeration. The Town of Baie-D’Urfé valuation role is the starting point for the calculation of municipal taxes for the years 2017, 2018, and 2019.
You can consult an excerpt of the property assessment roll on the City of Montreal website. To do so, you must have the address and lot or reference number of the property. Additional property information can also be obtained on line such as the property valuation, year of construction, frontage and surface area.
You can also consult the roll at the Baie-D’Urfé Town Hall.
The triennial roll for the years 2017-2018-2019 was officially tabled on September 14, 2016 and came into effect January 1, 2017.
You may apply for an administrative review of the valuation of your property if you disagree with it.
There is a non-refundable fee for this review. Your application for review must be sent to the Direction de l'évaluation foncière de la Ville de Montréal (DEFVM), by completing and submitting the DEFVM form, which is now available at the Baie-D'Urfé Town Hall.
You had until April 30, 2017 to apply for an administrative review when the roll was tabled.
For any question concerning the application for review, please contact the DEFVM at 514 280-3825.
