To this effect, an application must be made to the Town of Baie-D’Urfé before October 1st, 2017. If you are more than one owner of the same immovable in Baie-D’Urfé or more than one occupant of a business establishment, you must designate, among yourselves, by proxy, the person to be entered on the voters list of electors and send it to the Town of Baie-D’Urfé by October 1, 2017, at the latest, in order for the name of this person to be entered on said list.
It is important to remember that, in order to be registered on the voters list as the owner of an immovable or the occupant of a business establishment or as co-owners or co-occupants of a business establishment in the Town of Baie-D’Urfé, one must have the status of voter.
To find out whether you meet the conditions, read the Notice to non-domiciled sole owners document.
