Regular Council meetings are held once a month, in accordance with an adopted calendar. Generally, the Baie-D'Urfé Town Council meets the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
Everyone is always welcome to attend all public meetings.
You can consult, online, the electronic versions of the minutes of the Council meetings. Please note that the electronic versions have no official status.
The minutes of a Council meeting are usually adopted at the subsequent regular meeting, after which they become available on the Town website.
Regular council meetings agendas are posted on the Town website and on the public notice board outside Town Hall, usually the Friday before the meeting.
To request the addition of an item on the agenda of a regular meeting, applications must be submitted Tuesday before 4 p.m. the week preceding the council meeting, adressed to the Mayor and Council and sent to the attention of the Town Clerk.
If necessary, the Town Clerk may convene, upon request of the council, a special meeting. No calendar is set for these meetings.
In this case, the agenda will be posted 24 hours before the time fixed for the meeting on the public notice board outside Town Hall, on the notice board inside the Whiteside Taylor Center as well as on the Town website.
